Overview: To communicate with SMEs and stakeholders prior to course development in Articulate Storyline 360

Business Purpose: To train experienced pilots beginning a mentoring role by supporting pilot professional growth, pilot job satisfaction, and pilot retainment in order to decrease airline cancellations and delays due to pilot staffing.

Business Purpose: Company X needs to recruit and hire 2000 new members for its technical team. However, they are not happy with the quality or quantity of hires they are currently getting. The turnover rate within the technical team exceeds that of other departments. Company X has identified that their HR interviewers and hiring managers use inconsistent interview strategies and have varied levels of understanding the technical aspects of open positions. Company X describes their current compliance training as non-technical training that is not engaging.


Company X has lost ideal candidates due to hiring managers canceling or not showing up to interviews. Company X has also missed ideal candidates because of the length of time between rounds of interviews.

After this training HR interviewers and hiring managers will have gained skills to be time efficient throughout the interview and hiring process and to be more consistent in their use of interview strategies.
